MANIFESTO

With the Tiny Trees universe we encourage the love of nature and respect for the environment, encourage reading, individual and cooperative play, and the use of games in the learning process.

The search and care for *Joy through humour, games, love and respect are the mainstays of this adventure.

Tiny Trees emphasize the importance of education as a way to heal a society where females, anything “natural” and the environment are often treated harshly and diminished.

Feminist soul

Nora, the main character in our story is an intrepid independent girl strongly bonded to her father Cosmo.

Also Dad…

In our story, Nora’s Dad Cosmo makes up adventures where they must protect “Mother Nature” against the many threats it faces.

Love of nature

You must help Nora save, look after and feed Joy, a little seed lost in space.

Attachment parenting

In Nora’s family, infants are carried not loaded into strollers, breastfeeding is favoured over bottle-feeding and co-sleeping prevails over crib-sleeping on a separate room.

Tiny Trees Univeerse

Nora anxiously awaits Friday nights when she and her father Cosmo embark on thrilling adventures. This time they will discover Tiny Trees, a new planet full of entertaining characters where they must accomplish a very important mission: nursing a little precious seed and help it grow into a magical lovely tree.



THE STORYBOOK

Recommended for first time readers and group reading.

The storybook will take you to the house of Nora and her family. Both she and her father Cosmo will travel on their spaceship, Polaris 4, to a planet where they must look after a little seed so that it can grow into magical lovely tree. There they will learn how to live harmoniously with all life forms on the planet, cooperating and being part of a balanced ecosystem.

Colourful and harmonious illustrations, along with carefully written compositions, make possible for the kids to follow the story without missing any details.
